Went to the dentist after 10 years. I’ve had horrible experiences growing up, and had a fear. But coming here being around the staff and the doctor they made me feel very comfortable and walk me through the whole process for getting a new crown. And anytime I felt uncomfortable or overwhelmed I was able to take as many breaks I need until I was ready again. I highly recommend coming to this location!

Amazing experience! I was a first-time patient referred by my orthodontist and came in for a cleaning. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating. Dr. Shams was thorough, empathetic, and provided clear, helpful feedback. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention I received. The entire experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this office!

My husband and I were looking for a new dentist nearby and are so glad we found Riverside Holistic Dentistry! Everyone is super nice and professional, and the office has such a calm, welcoming vibe. We love the fish tank in the waiting room—it’s full of cute, friendly fish that make you feel relaxed right away. Dr. Shams is very experienced and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and informed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great local dentist!

I had an excellent experience at Safa Shams’ office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The office is modern, clean, and comfortable, which immediately put me in a relaxed state. Dr. Shams is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit and were very gentle with my treatment. The hygienist was thorough yet gentle, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient when it came to handling insurance and scheduling.
